Mental health Heroes - Stevie Nicks

I wanted a slightly easier blog and to take a bit of a break from doing a history blog for a bit while I'm on maternity leave and what better one to do then something on mental health. Recently I have found that I have been struggling a little bit, that could be because I tried coming of my anxiety medication or the fact we had a baby back in October. I have done two of these types of blogs before and in doing so I hope that they spread aware of mental health and that anyone can help you get through when you need it, no matter who they are or what they do. I have listened to the band Fleetwood Mac since I can remember. My dad showed them to me when I was younger, along with so many other great bands. But I have noticed that in recent months I have been drawn back to them and especially Stevie Nicks.
